Detroit Lions Conducts Local Youth Football Camps

2010 SUMMER FOOTBALL CAMPS

The Detroit Lions will conduct over 20 Youth Football Camps around the state of Michigan, including the Greater Lansing community.

Boys & girls ages 6-14 are eligible to participate and will be grouped based on age and skill level. Youth camps are non-contact and designed to improve beginning, intermediate, or advanced skill levels. Fundamentals of all positions on offense, defense and special teams will be taught in addition to life skills such as teamwork, communication, sportsmanship and the importance of education.

FUNDAMENTAL CLINICS

Detroit Lions Youth Football Clinics provide fundamental football education on quarterback, running back and wide receiver play. Clinics are conducted on a year-round basis for your youth football organization, parks & recreation department, community service group, fitness facility or health club. These 90 minute clinics provide a good foundation of key fundamentals! Boys & girls ages 6-14 are eligible to participate.

Friday-Saturday, July 30-31, 2010
Friday: 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
